What if my work of art arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that the work arrives with its packaging visibly damaged, you should not accept the package from the delivery provider without firstly receiving confirmation that the packaging is damaged.

If you are reading this having already accepted the package, or only discovered that the art was damaged once you opened the package, please contact us immediately.

What is your returns policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the artwork you have purchased you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving it.

You can claim a full refund for the price of the work exclusive of postage and packaging costs.

Please note that you are responsible for the return of the item, which must be in mint condition on arrival at loveart in order to claim the refund in full.

How long does delivery take?

Once you receive confirmation that payment we have instructed our payment processor to take payment from your credit card, it will take between three (3) and seven (7) working days to deliver your art.

Where do you deliver art to?

We currently specialise in delivers to the UK, USA, and North America. If you want us to deliver to outside these areas, please get in contact with us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, and this form of payment is integrated into the website order process.

We can also accept payment by cheque or bank transfer. If you wish to pay this way, you should be aware that we cannot consider a piece of art as ‘sold’ until the cheque or transfer clears to our account. There is a risk, therefore, that the piece of art your are looking to buy is sold via a credit card payment whilst your payment is clearing. If this occurs, we will refund your payment, but cannot provide the listed art.

We do not accept Paypal payments, and have no plans to do so in the future.
